Simple Carved Door is neither PVC door nor melamine door. It is a paint-free door with easy relief patterns on surface.
Its outer layer can be melamine paper, PVC film or real wood skin, which depends on different makers.
Most use PVC film surface to make shallow carved shapes, with density board as base board.
Melamine surface is hard to make 3D carvings, only fit for flat or faint lines.
PVC material is soft and easy to form shapes, so it is widely used for doors with clear carved designs. Melamine paper is only used for plain and simple surface.
